Contract & Payment and Delivery Condition
Payment by Participant must be made on the first day of the training. The total costs are listed on our webpage www.romanasbeautypalace.nl . If there is a payment arrangement, the remainder will be collected in monthly installments by Romana’s Beauty Palace or transferred as agreed.
The participant will receive a copy with conditions of registration, installment payment and statement.
If the Participant has not paid within the period mentioned in the first term, the Participant is in default by operation of law and Romana’s Beauty Palace is entitled from that moment to charge the legal (commercial) interest and to pause or stop the online support.
If the Participant has not paid within the period referred to in the first paragraph, the Participant is obliged to reimburse all judicial and extrajudicial (collection) costs actually incurred by Romana’s Beauty Palace. The reimbursement of the costs incurred is not limited to any cost award determined by the court.
